Here at LSUM we accept insurance and private pay. The insurances we currently accept is:

Timeframe

Depending on insurance, paperwork from doctors, available staff for flex schedule, most time frame takes anywhere from 15 business days to 45 business days after assessments to start treatment. Don't be discourage, we will be with you every step of the way!
